5. Shipping Charges

MNAA currently follows the following shipping structure:

  • An order of ₹299 will have ₹40 shipping charges.
  • An order of ₹300 or above will qualify for free shipping.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the delivery location.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and delivery locations.

A ₹20 COD charge may apply to COD orders.

The COD charge is applicable only when the customer selects Cash on Delivery as the payment method.

Example

For a ₹299 product:

  • Product value: ₹299
  • Shipping: ₹40
  • COD charge: ₹20
  • Total payable: ₹359

Prepaid orders do not incur the COD charge.

7. COD Confirmation Advance

For eligible COD orders, MNAA may require a ₹ 50 advance payment to confirm and process the order.

The remaining eligible order amount will be payable at the time of delivery.

The ₹50 COD confirmation advance is non-refundable in customer-related situations, including:

  • Cancellation after order confirmation
  • Refusal to accept the shipment
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Customer unavailability resulting in delivery failure
  • Order returned due to customer-related reasons

Where a return/refund is approved because of an issue attributable to MNAA, the treatment of the advance payment will be determined according to the applicable circumstances and law.

8. Prepaid Orders

Customers may be able to pay for their orders using available online payment methods, such as:

  • UPI
  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets
  • Other payment methods made available at checkout

A 5% discount may be available on eligible prepaid orders, subject to the applicable offer terms displayed at checkout.

9. Payment Processing

Online payments may be processed through third-party payment and checkout service providers, including GoKwik and other payment partners enabled on the website.

MNAA does not directly store sensitive payment credentials such as your UPI PIN, CVV, or complete card authentication information.

Customers must provide accurate payment information and use only payment methods they are authorised to use.

10. Order Placement and Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order may be subject to verification and acceptance by MNAA.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including:

Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

For COD orders where a ₹50 confirmation advance has been paid, the advance amount will be non-refundable in customer-related cancellation or delivery-failure situations, as described above.

13. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Returns, refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Customers should review that policy before placing an order.

Return requests for eligible products must be submitted within the specified period and may require supporting photographs or videos.

14. Failed Delivery and Refused Orders

Customers are expected to accept their confirmed orders at the provided delivery address.

If a customer:

  • Refuses to accept a COD order,
  • Provides an incorrect address,
  • Provides an incomplete address,
  • Remains unavailable for delivery,
  • Repeatedly fails to accept deliveries,

The order may be treated as a failed delivery.

In such cases, applicable shipping/COD charges and any ₹50 COD confirmation advance may be non-refundable.

MNAA may also restrict COD availability for future orders where repeated failed or refused deliveries occur.
